Our comfortably-furnished ground floor flat is ideally situated just a short level walk from the centre of the pretty village of Saundersfoot with all its local amenities. The flat benefits from direct access to the sandy beach and has views across the bay and nearby harbour, arguably one of the loveliest locations in Pembrokeshire.
The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, a lounge/diner with kitchen area, hall alcove and a shower room with electric shower (with disabled seat), wash hand basin and wc. There is an ample hot water supply and electric heaters in all rooms. The kitchen facilities include cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge is equipped with a flat screen television with Freeview, dvd player and radio/cd player. Rent is inclusive of electricity and there is parking for one car.
The flat is most suitable for 2 adults but, as it has a double sofa bed and a single folding bed, we would consider accommodating 3,4 or 5 people, by prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss further.
The flat is non-smoking and sorry we are unable to accept pets.
Saundersfoot is situated about 2 ½ miles from Tenby, from where you can visit Caldey Island. It is in easy reach of the many other attractions of Pembrokeshire and the renowned Coastal Path.
